If you're a New Jersey referral agent and can't access your Qualifying Questionnaire, it's likely because you don't have your PIN.
Where to find your PIN
You should have received an email from the New Jersey Real Estate Commission around April 1st with your PIN and instructions for completing your renewal questionnaire online.
If you did not receive this email or can't find it, don't worry—you can reset your PIN.
How to Reset Your PIN
Follow these steps:

Go to the NJ Real Estate Commission's login page:

Click the link that says:
“Click Here If You Do Not Know Your PIN” -
Follow the prompts to reset your PIN.
You'll need your license reference number, last name, and date of birth. You can find your license number using this search tool.
What if resetting your PIN doesn't work?
If you're still unable to access the system after attempting a reset, you will need to call the NJ Real Estate Commission directly:

Let them know you're trying to complete your license renewal and cannot retrieve your PIN.
