We offer a discount for a longer commitment, but both plans entitle you to keep 100% of your referral fees, less a flat transaction fee. The only other costs you incur are fees charged to pay your state licensing body. Typically, the state charges a one time fee when you move your license, plus a regular renewal fee. If your state requires continuing education (New Jersey does NOT), you will also incur those costs. We normally collect the state fees from you and pay the state on your behalf.
